No reason: What you said gives no reason to think you are alsp paranoid. You have amenorrhea. You attribute it possibly to what you say is an eating disorder. It sounds like you might not practice safe sex which is risky unless you know your partner has no STD and you want to conceive. These things are good to correct and you might discover a cause of the discharge. I don't see Paranoia here. Best wishes.
