A member asked:

No residue on the tissue after you've wiped & "pooped." is this normal if this has lasted about 1 month? should i be concerned?

Dont be: Having the perfect bowel movement was described by amy surgeon friend as only having to wipe once. Now if you don't have to wipe at all are you sure you are having a movement. If you did and miraculously didn't have to wipe or did wipe with no residue that is interesting. Im not too concerned but would like to see this in real life.

Normal: It is the ideal colon health condition for a human to be in your situation while not being constipated.
