Not recommended: The two medicines can increase your chance of gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage and much more. I would not recommend it!

Not advised: Both Zipsor (diclofenac) and Mobic (meloxicam) are in the same non steroid anti inflammatory class and essentially function the same so adding them together will do little good and may increase the side effect potential.
