Fairly low: Bupropion does not appear to be associated with weight gain and abilify (aripiprazole) shows minimal propensity for weight gain in adults. There is a slight drug-drug interaction between the two of these medicines however, so be sure to visit with your doctor to assure optimal safe dosing.

Low: Those two medications have reputation, within their respective classes, of being the least likely to cause weight gain, and are generally considered to be "weight neutral" medications. However, there are a small minority of patients who do gain weight on those medications. Talk to your doctor and see what he/she recommends.
