MOHS: The MOHS surgery for the basal cell ca is very much the priority surgery and I wouldn't try to combine them into one megasurgery.. The time under anesthesia is a safety factor. And for you, the shorter the better. The MOHS alone can be lengthy because there is a 'wait' period during surgery while the pathology is being examined.
