Possible: each person has different variation some have small uvulvas and others longer. You can have an infection of it causing it to be bigger. The stones could make it loonger but unlikely If it does not hurt or interfere with your swallowing then do not worry

See your PCP: The uvula enlargement is commonly due to an allergy, infection, gum infection or irritation from sleep apnea. Treatment for inflamed uvula vary depending on what caused the inflammation. See your PCP for examination and tests.
