Yes: If the discharge has neither an odor nor itches, it is normal for pregnancy. Premature rupture of the membranes ( continuous watery vaginal fluid) is the exception and would require immediate notification of your OB MD.

Yes: Vaginal secretions usually increase when you become pregnant. If you have a change in color, texture, or odor of vaginal discharge & problems such as pain, itching, burning with urination or sex or redness/swelling, then it is best to see your gynecologist for evaluation & accurate assessment.
