Hydration: What you describe is very common and is worse when not well hydrated. Increasing fluid intake can help but the symptoms are likely due to a nerve reflex that causes the blood pressure to drop, which is common and normal in pregnancy. When you experience an episode you need to sit or lie down until it passes. Good luck with your pregnancy.
