If the true problem: Is your location, then work toward changing that. Until you can, you must find a way to accept life and the world as it is. Practice meditation on gratitude, impermanence, and the elements of beauty in everyday life. If you have a faith, now is the time to lean on it. If you do not have a faith, consider meeting with others at your local Buddhist temple. Peace is within, if u seek it for yourself.
