Depends on reason: for taking Doxycycline. It is not clear from your question why antibiotics were prescribed in the first place. Only bacterial infections respond to antibiotics and many symptoms of sinus congestion or cough are caused by a virus and are not helped by antibiotics but may be relieved by supportive care. If you hare not improved, I recommend you return for further assessment with your doctor
