Fertility problems: If fiance is not on birth control, and you are not using condoms, and you are having intercourse many times a month and more so around time fiance is ovulating typically 10-14 days after period starts) and you do this for 6 months and you are not pregnant, then by definition you have a fertility problem. If that is the case go see the fertility specialsit

Conceive: If you are regular on your cycle it is easier as you always ovulate 2 weeks before your period starts, so if you know your cycle, you can guess it is usually mid-cycle when you ovulate. Having unprotected sex around the days you ovulate will give you the best chance of getting pregnant. Best wishes.
