A member asked:

Can you still get pregnant if you're not ovulating ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: You have to ovulate to get pregnant. The problem is that some women with ovulation issues like PCOS will sometimes ovulate on their own and can get pregnant, but it is unusual. If you are not ovulating, you need to be evaluated and treated.
