Discharge: If you feel that the discharge that you are seeing is abnormal for you then you should see a doctor for testing. Jelly like discharge two days after your period ended is most likely left over blood from your cycle. Abnormal discharge does not correlate with fertility.

Ovulation: takes place 14 days before your period starts. So if you have a 26 day cycle you will ovulate on day 12 with day 1 being the first day of your period.
