Possible but why?: i am not aware of contraindications but if you are using clotrimazole, you are likely experiencing a yeast infection of the skin. I would have that situation resolved prior to applying the minoxidil.

OK but why?: Why apply clotrimazole to scalp? Also note that 2% is about as effective as 5% but costs much less.
