Agree w Dr. Abbas.: In the meantime recommend hydrating with at least 64 ounces of water per day. Increase nutritional fiber - eat at least 5 servings of veggies and 4 of fruit per day. Avoid crap carbohydrates. Stay physically active. Most importantly - get medically evaluated. Take care.
