Stretching: I praise you for starting an exercise routine. You need to soak in warm bath and stretch the muscles well. Make sure to take OTC anti inflammatory medicine as directed. Be sure to stretch again tomorrow and continue to exercise.

Stretch: Do regular stretching exercises and take some ibuprofen. If you rarely exercise I would recommend starting a regular exercise program to improve strength and health.
