A member asked:

How long does clarinex (desloratadine) (desloratidine) take to get out of your system?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

24 hours or more: Desloratadine is an isomer of loratadine. It is allegedly more effective at binding the antihistamine receptor and less likely to cause side effects. It generally has a 24 hour effect. However, to completely be out of your system, it would probably take 3 days.
