Caffeine possible side effects: nervousness, insomnia, restlessness, irritability feeling hyper, ringing in ears, rapid or irregular heart rate, nausea, vomiting, GI upset, shakiness, dizziness or allergic reaction.

Sudden Death: You heard right. There is an increasing body of literature associating intake of energy drinks with sudden death. They are not safe. They are currently under scrutiny at the FDA and many of us think they will be withdrawn from the market.
