Pregnancy: can occur whether the penis is inserted in the vagina briefly or for a long time. Pre-ejaculate often contains sperm and some ejeculate can be released without being aware of it. Yes - this scenario could lead to pregnancy. Please use protection every time if you are not ready for pregnancy.

Unprotected sex=Poss: Anytime one has unprtoected sex, there is a chance of gettting pregnant. Since this probability is based on multiple factors which make the permutations endless and doctors generally do not like gambling, we advise patients to always use 2 forms of protection, a condom and birth control. There is no way to completely eliminate getting pregnant when it comes to unprotected sex so play it safe.

Cant calculate: I cant calculate the likelihood. Even though he didn't ejaculate, he may have had some cum on his penis. The spermicide in the condom may have killed it and it may not. However, I would say the likelihood is low.

Low but possible: Use protection all the time if you do not want to get pregnant. If you miss a period do a pregnancy test.
