Cyst?: The question is not clear but you may be asking that you found a cyst. You need to see your doctor about what you have found. This may actually be a breast bud and nothing of a serious nature. Please see your doctor and it is likely that this is not serious. Best wishes.

See doctor: Hi. Little breast buds are not uncommon in guys at puberty, but 17 seems a little late for that. See your doc. It's probably benign and not a cause for concern, but best not to guess.
