Mononucleosis: It may last months. In some cases, chronic fatigue syndrome is associated with a history of mono. During the acute phase, there is splenic congestion that can lead to rupture with even mild trauma. You should rest, hydrate and eat well, take OTC meds for symptom relief and minimize your contact with others recovered and no longer contagious.

Varies: The fatigue from mono is very variable from person to person;unfortunately there is no way to predict how long it will be.If you rest enough and follow your doctor's instructions,it usually lasts 2-3 weeks, but it can be for 2-3 months.Make sure you are getting lots of sleep and not doing physical activities which require a lot of exertion too early. Speak to your doctor if the fatigue is longer.
