Normal diet: Eat a normal, healthy diet. Eat a variety of foods. There are no special foods for you to eat that will make your pregnancy more healthy. The baby needs protein, the baby needs calcium, the baby needs iron. There is nothing in pop tarts or Doritos that the baby needs, avoid empty calories.
