Pancreatic problems: Creon is a pancreatic enzyme supplement used in a condition called pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, where the body does not make enough enzymes to digest food. This insufficiency appears in a number of different conditions, including cystic fibrosis, chronic pancreatitis, and after certain types of intestinal surgery.
