No, but STD possible: If you have been on the Pill for at least 2 cycles and have sex while taking the inert (sugar) pill that allows for your period, the Pill will be effective. However, you are not protected against STDs, and should take that into consideration whenever you are having sex. Plan B does not protect against STDs. Condoms plus the Pill provide better protection against STDs and pregnancy.
