I had the essure procedure done 2 years ago & have regular cycles ever since. yesterday i started my period 7 days early, what could it mean?pregnant?

No: No observe cycle and any symptoms of pregnancy. You can do a test any time but if cycle falls between 3-5 weeks same flow pattern then don't worry. Missing for a week or more , do Preg test.
