Possibly: Some tips: wash dirty underwear separately at 140 F and add bleach if white or alternative if colored. Using a good detergent helps remove many germs. There are several disinfectants that can be used on other clothes. For a quick guide see: abt.cm/109Znru It may be a good idea to disinfect your clothes washer periodically by putting some bleach in the dryer and run it empty for a cycle.
