My skin has become sensitive on my left side of my back and under my arm for the last 2 days. what causes this ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Early shingles?: Increased skin sensitivity in a dermatome (particular area of the skin) is often a precursor to a shingles outbreak (characterized by a painful, red, blistery, patchy rash). Shingles is caused by reactivation of the Varicella virus, which also causes Chicken Pox.
