Ingrown hair: You are mostly correct. The hair along the underware line causes the hair follicles to break and become ingrown or the pores to become clogged. Either way you will have bacteria get into the pore to cause a pimple or pustules. These can become very large and painful. Minimize the irritating factors. Limit shaving or tight clothing.
