Safe to use: Advil (ibuprofen) is safe to use while breastfeeding. Your ongoing back pain will have much more impact on your infant and his/her response to breastfeeding than taking pain meds.

Advil (ibuprofen): Advil (ibuprofen) can pass into breastmilk but is not considered a problem. Check with your OB for his opinion
