Depends on severity: If you have fever, back pain, vomiting along with urinary symptoms (burning, frequency) then you may have a kidney infection (pyelonephritis). In that case you should be treated sooner than later. Urgent care would be an option, as would the ER. If you just have pain with urination, you can probably wait to see your doctor. Drink plenty of water, and consider cranberry juice.
