NO: Here is answer from vet: Cats do not get lice. That is a human parasite only. If you have lice, you got it from a human. Check the kids, or someone you may have come into contact with. And if the lice are crabs, that is definitely not from an animal. Cats and dogs can carry mange mites, which could be transmitted to a human,
