Can an ovulation test work as a pregnancy test? i ran out of pregnancy tests so i used an ovulation test. it's positive. could i be pregnant?

No: An ovulation test can't be substituted for a pregnancy test. A positive ovulation test does not mean that you are pregnant. Take care.
