See a doctor: Hi. There's not much I can say to help you on the internet, but that is very abnormal if you can't stand to walk because of abdominal pain and fullness. Please see a doctor in person for an evaluation. You are young to have an ulcer, but they can occur in certain circumstances, but your symptoms could be due to many things. Good luck!
