For a year i've been having severe cramps like contraction pains where i fall to the floor can't move and in pain for about a hour. also in my back?

Unusual pain: A woman w/ a one year history of severe cramp like pain radiating to the back and strong enough to send her to the floor, immobilized for an hour certainly needs to have a diagnosis made. The Dr. would want to know the frequency & timing of the pain (Is it related to menstrual cycle? If so, endometriosis could be a possible cause.) I would suggest a consultation is needed to get more history.
