Delayed ovulation: It sounds like you had a delayed or failed ovulation. Your GYN might document a negative test in the office then give you a progestin to bring on your period. Usually, it corrects the next cycle. If you are habing irregular cycles, you may have a problem with ovulation. Consult your GYN.
