"grazes"?: Are you calling abrasions/scratches "grazes"? If so, friction can certainly lead to superficial abrasions. I wouldn't worry about a low immune system in this situation; however, if you have other unexpressed concerns - discuss with your physician (they would need to do testing to answer your question appropriately).
