Don't see how: Since IUD's effectiveness are mainly based upon their mechanical action of preventing implantation from occurring by an embryo I don't see how medications could possibly interfere with that activity such as Topiramate or inositol. Even if you want to suggest that somehow the coated spermicidal on the outer portion of the IUD could be affected (which it can't) I still think it'll be effective.

No: The good thing about Merina is 1.it is an intrauterine device and disrupts implantation and 2. It has hormone in it and some effects are local so any effect from oral meds should be beg liable.
