I got severe knee inflammation with high white blood cells(1100 cells/mm-3) in the fluid after getting salmonella, would that be reactive arthritis?

Could be: Salmonella, shigella and several other organisms have been associated with reactive arthritis. But make sure with that high a white count that the joint fluid is adequately cultured to rule out infection.
