Ovulation: Some people recommend every other day starting several days prior to ovulation, at time of ovulation and for a couple days afterwards. (But many couples do have sex every day over the fertile period). Good Luck.

Every other day: Although sperm is made daily, it takes about 2 1/2- 3 months for sperm to mature. In order to get the best quality sperm every other will be best.
