Yes: Birth control pills are not intended to be taken this way. They should be taken once daily, around the same time each day, or as recommended by the prescribing physician. Excessive hormonal loads are not good for your body.

Contraception: It would be better to use some consistent form of contraception so that your hormones are more consistent. Condoms also prevent sexually transmitted disease.
