Dehydration: please see your doctor or ER ASAP, your daughter is dehydrated, and ? has electrolyte imbalance and needs fluids and salts / sugar replacement immediately

Dehydration: Diarrhea and especially vomiting for that long will make the body loose critical electrolytes like sodium and potassium which can be risky for body. Your child is showing signs of dehydration for which she should be seen urgently in an urgent care center for fluid replacement with electrolytes.
