Your cervical mucous: changes at different stages of your cycle. Right after your period, it is usually sticky and white or slight yellow. At ovulation, it is more like an egg-white consistency and color. After ovulation it is thicker and less abundant. If there is lots of runny, foamy, greenish/yellow or fishy discharge, or if it's thick, white and itchy, it is probably an infection and not normal.
