Both: Most likely in this situation if the objects in the stool looked like what you ate then it was probably noodles. Yes it is possible to pass whole noodles as we tend to slurp them and not chew them much. And you were taking albenzadole is an anti helminthic, meaning it's used to treat worms, although usually for tapeworm. These dont look like noodles, You will know if you pass one.
