Abdominal gas/BM: Consider food intolerances, irritable bowel, colon pathology including polyps, tumors or ovarian/uterine or renal pathology (for renal you would expect blood in urine). Consider CT abdomen/pelvis (loot at ovaries and uterus as well) and colonoscopy. if both normal consider food diary and elimination diets of first milk, then wheat as well as upper causes like gallbladder. eflux,gastritis, H pylori
