Rapid syphilis tests aren't yet marketed in the US, but ressarch indicates they are accurate if enough time has passed since exposure. There are no reliable, approved rapid gonorrhea or chlamydia tests. The standard tests, on urine or swab, take only 1-2 hours, but with time to send specimens and get results, usually in 2-3 work days.
