Coldrex lemon: has 3 major ingredients. Tylenol (acetaminophen) 300 mg, 20 mg Vit C and phenylephrine. This last agent causes blood pressure to go up without an increase in the heart rate. It also causes constriction of blood vessels (how it works as a nasal decongestant). It can cause agitation and dilation of pupils. Too much Tylenol can damage the liver. I'm glad it tastes good. Use only as directed !!!!!
