i missed one birth control pill by six hours, and normally i take it perfectly on time, to the minute. is this okay? pharmacy said no need for plan b

Ok: I teach my patients to pick a 6 hour window to take their pills Example. 6am to noon. Noon to 6pm. Or 6 pm to midnight. If you take your pill in this windo of time consistently. you will get maximum efficacy of your medicine.
