Tribulus terrestris: Has been shown to increase some hormones in certain animals, but has not been shown to increase testoterone in Humans. There is evidence it may contribute to the development of diabetes, and prostate problems. In general this is not a natural product that seems to be beneficial when evidence is held up risk versus benefit ratios don't work out. Probably not safe to use, are better alternatives.
