Probably not: There is a theoretical concern that some alcohol could be absorbed through the skin of the hands, potentially raising blood alcohol levels in a pregnant woman. We know alcohol exposure to a growing fetus is harmful. The amount potentially absorbed would be very small and not a concerning risk. However, if you wash your hands frequently, i.e. health care worker, consider good ole' soap and water!

Not really: A general rule for pregnancy: lotions/creams/cleaners you use on your skin surface will not be absorbed in enough quantity to be detectable in the blood. They are thus considered safe during pregnancy and or breast feeding.
