Too young: for arthritis to be the first thing you think of. You should have an exam and imaging to determine if nerve compression could be causing your symptoms.

You are young for arthritis: Some patients do develop cervical muscle spasm and occasionally disc disease at so young an age.This can lead to the loss of cervical lordosis, muscle spasm, and stiffness as you note in your question.We tend to think of arthritis,even in the spine as more involving the bone &/or facet joints in between the vertebrae. That said you should start w/physical therapy and cervical stabilization.
